How to Add a Fixed-Amount Ticket in an Accommodation Service

Sometimes you have additions to your Accommodation services that have a total price that doesn't change depending on the number of days your client is staying, like Wi-Fi. 

There is a way to add this type of ticket, but it requires a couple of steps.

Step 1

First add a price to the ticket that you want to have a fixed amount. E.g.: Wifi = 50€

Step 2

Go to Pricing & Discounts and if:

  • Your price is lower than the original choose a discount (<50€)
  • Your price is higher (and lower) than the original choose a price variation (>50€)

You have the two options but, either way, the price variation option is simpler. Follow this steps:

  1. Add >>> Price Variation
  2. Choose different price-per-ticket 
  3. Add the amount you want to charge
  4. Select a time-frame, let's say from today till the end of the year
  5. Important! Un-check the "Multiply by Quantity/Unit of time" checkbox
  6. Click on create
