Read on to see how to open a .csv file using Excel on Windows or Mac.<br><br>Follow these steps to open your CSV file in neat columns:(Skip to step 3 if you have already downloaded the .csv file) (If you have a Google account, the last note will be of interest to you)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-1-go-to-bookings\">Step 1: Go to Booking<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Login to your TuriTop booking system account<\/strong> and go to <strong>Reservations.<\/strong> Use the <strong>filter<\/strong> Use the date selectors and other filter fields to customise your search and press the orange button on the left (magnifying glass) to view the desired bookings.<br><br><strong>Please note:<\/strong> If you leave all filter fields blank you will download the complete database. There is a limit of 1000 reservations per download.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Download the file<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Download your .csv file<\/strong> by clicking on the orange button on the right (CSV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-3-import-the-file-on-excell\">Step 3: Import the file into Excell<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open <strong>Microsoft Excell.<\/strong> Click on<strong> \"archive\"<\/strong> The programme will ask you which file to open. Choose .csv file and click on <strong>\"import\".<\/strong><br><br>The programme will ask you to choose which file to open. Select <strong>CSV file<\/strong> and then click on <strong>\"import\"<\/strong>.<br><br>Search for the file <strong>\"bookings.csv\" that you downloaded<\/strong> and click on <strong>continue.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-4-check-on-the-following-checkboxes\">Step 4: Tick the following boxes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new 3-step window will appear on the screen. Under file type choose <strong>\"delimited\".<\/strong> and click next. In the second step make sure that you only check the field of <strong>\"Tabulation <\/strong>and click next. In the third step make sure that in the field \"data format by columns\" there is the button of <strong>\"General\"<\/strong> ticked, and then click on <strong>end<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"step-7-select-where-you-want-to-place-the-file\">Step 5: Select where you want to save the file<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new window will appear asking where you want to save the file. Click on <strong>Accept<\/strong>.<br><br><strong>Please note:<\/strong> A simpler method exists if you have a Google account. 1. Open your .csv file in Google Spreadsheets. 2. Click on \"File\" &gt;&gt;&gt; \"Download as\" &gt;&gt;&gt; \"Microsoft Excel\".<br><br><strong>Done!
