Follow these steps to open your CSV file in neat columns:(Skip to step 3 if you have already downloaded the .csv file) (If you have a Google account, the last note will be of interest to you)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Login to your TuriTop booking system account<\/strong> and go to Reservations.<\/strong> Use the filter<\/strong> Use the date selectors and other filter fields to customise your search and press the orange button on the left (magnifying glass) to view the desired bookings. Download your .csv file<\/strong> by clicking on the orange button on the right (CSV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Open Microsoft Excell.<\/strong> Click on \"archive\"<\/strong> The programme will ask you which file to open. Choose .csv file and click on \"import\".<\/strong> A new 3-step window will appear on the screen. Under file type choose \"delimited\".<\/strong> and click next. In the second step make sure that you only check the field of \"Tabulation <\/strong>and click next. In the third step make sure that in the field \"data format by columns\" there is the button of \"General\"<\/strong> ticked, and then click on end<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A new window will appear asking where you want to save the file. Please note:<\/strong> If you leave all filter fields blank you will download the complete database. There is a limit of 1000 reservations per download.<\/p>\n\n\n\nStep 2: Download the file<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Step 3: Import the file into Excell<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
The programme will ask you to choose which file to open. Select CSV file<\/strong> and then click on \"import\"<\/strong>.
Search for the file \"bookings.csv\" that you downloaded<\/strong> and click on continue.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nStep 4: Tick the following boxes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Step 5: Select where you want to save the file<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Please note:<\/strong> A simpler method exists if you have a Google account. 1. Open your .csv file in Google Spreadsheets. 2. Click on \"File\" >>> \"Download as\" >>> \"Microsoft Excel\".
