The personal data you provide to Turitop through this website, or through any of the contact methods made available to you, may be processed for the purpose corresponding to the reason you provided it. Thus, the data provided may be used for the following purposes, as applicable to your case:

  • Requests for information.

    • Description: to respond to the inquiries and requests for information you submit to us.
    • Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a GDPR.
    • Retention: The data will be used exclusively to respond to the inquiries raised and will subsequently be deleted. The data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the last contact with the requester.
    • Recipients: The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

  • Demo Request.

    • Description: Management, processing, and follow-up of requests for product demonstrations.
    • Legal basis: implementation of pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
    • Retention: for the periods applicable under civil, financial, commercial, and tax law.
    • Recipients: the data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

  • Management of Quotes or Financial Estimates.

    • Description: Conducting the sales management process, including initial contact and subsequent communications, preparing the quote, as well as carrying out follow-up and sales prospecting activities, whether by telephone, online, or in person.

    • Retention period: until the expiration of the applicable legal retention periods regarding tax and accounting records.
    • Recipients: the data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

  • Contract Management

    • Definition: management of contracts for our services, tools, and solutions.
    • Legal basis: performance of a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR.
    • Retention: data will be retained for as long as required to address civil liabilities and to comply with obligations to public administration, financial, and tax authorities.

  • Preparing and publishing customer stories

    • Description: collecting the testimonial and experience of customers who choose to share it, in order to prepare a draft customer story, contact the person to review it and, once they have approved it, publish it on this website and in Turitop communication materials. The publication may include the company name, the person’s name and role, and the logo or images the company provides, only where they have expressly authorised it.
    • Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a of the GDPR. Consent to prepare the draft and consent to publish the final content are collected separately; you may withdraw either at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
    • Retention: until you withdraw your consent or request erasure. If the story is not published, the data will be deleted once its preparation is dropped. Backups may retain the data until they rotate.
    • Recipients: The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The content you approve may be published on this website and shared through Turitop’s communication channels.

    • Retention: In the case of pre-contractual inquiries, the data will be used exclusively to respond to the inquiries raised and will subsequently be deleted. In cases of after-sales service, the data may be stored until the obligations between the parties have been fulfilled.
    • Recipients: The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

  • Analysis of website visits using cookies.

    • Purpose: Management of browsing data and user preferences.
    • Legal basis: legitimate interest regarding analytical and technical cookies, and consent of the data subject for all others, Art. 6.1.a GDPR.
