Do I have to do anything technical to get started?
No. Once you sign up, you don't have to send or accept resale requests, or change any Marketplace settings. TuriTop handles all that technical work for you. Your activities and availability are automatically synced with your TuriTop dashboard.
How do I list my product on TomaTicket?
You don't have to do it yourself. At TuriTop, we pull all your product information directly from your settings (prices, schedules, availability, descriptions), and that data is used to automatically generate your product in TomaTicket. You just fill out the form, and we'll take care of the rest.
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. There's no entry cost and no fixed fee. You only pay a 23% commission when a real booking is generated through TomaTicket.
Who charges the customer?
TomaTicket charges the customer at the time of booking and pays you the net amount, after deducting its 23% commission. You don't have to handle the payment.
When do I receive payment for my bookings?
TomaTicket pays you the following month, using the event date as the reference. In other words, bookings are settled in the month after the activity is delivered.
Do TomaTicket bookings mix with my availability?
Yes, automatically. Because it's integrated with TuriTop, availability updates across all your channels to prevent overselling.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes. There is no minimum contract term: you can cancel at any time, without penalty or required notice.
