The laws of Spain shall apply. TuriTop is a technology company dedicated to the development and marketing of a suite of Software as a Service solutions for businesses. In the event of a dispute between the parties, both parties, expressly waiving their right to choose their own jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
