Transaction fees only apply to bookings/purchases. online. This includes bookings received through:
- Website
- Marketplace
- API
- Back-office (only when an online payment is processed through a payment gateway)
The transaction fee is either a percentage of the final price of the booking/product or a fixed minimum fee (whichever is higher).
Depending on your plan:
- Starter: 2% or EUR 0.10 per stock/product
- Pro: 1% or EUR 0,06 per stock/product
- Enterprise: 0,75% or EUR 0,03 per stock/product
- Bookings cancelled with full refund: Only the minimum transaction fee per booking/product applies.
- Back-office bookings: Transaction fees apply if there has been an online payment (e.g. payment requests by email, etc.). All other back-office bookings are considered offline and are exempt from transaction fees.
- Reservations earrings: Bookings created by the system before the final customer completes the payment are not subject to transaction fees if the payment is not finalised.
- Types of reservations
- Back-office bookings: Bookings entered manually by your company's staff on your dashboard. Reservations imported via CSV files are also included in this category.
- Web reservations: Bookings received directly through your website.
- Marketplace bookings: Bookings made through our Marketplace and integrations with OTAs.
- API Reservations: Reservations inserted through the API.
- Final price: The total amount paid by end customers for an experience/product - including taxes and after discounts. Transaction fees are based on the final price.
- Complimentary account: This is a free account with limited functionality provided to selected suppliers and resellers to allow companies with a paid plan to connect to other companies with third-party reservation systems.
- Reserve/product: Each item sold in a purchase. Example: A single online purchase of a "Winery Tour" for three people plus a bottle of wine consists of two reservations/products (one for the "Winery Tour" and one for the bottle of wine).

Our company is located in the Canary Islands (Spain), where different VAT regulations apply than in the rest of the European Union. Therefore, all our invoices have a VAT rate of 0%.
If your company is based in the Canary Islands, like TuriTop, your invoice will include 7% of IGIC. Companies from the rest of the EU and abroad have 0% VAT and 0% IGIC.
