TuriTop is designed for any format of immersive experience: escape rooms, 3D rooms, virtual reality simulators, interactive attractions or a combination of all of them. The key is not the type of experience, but how you organise the operation: how many rooms you have, what capacity they have, what time slots they operate in and how you want the client to book them. If you manage several different formats in the same space, TuriTop allows you to structure them without duplicating work.

The system manages availability based on your actual resources. If a room is assigned to a VR experience and a booking is confirmed, that room is automatically blocked for the same time slot. It doesn't matter if the same room could also be used for an escape room: TuriTop detects this and prevents it from being sold twice. This way you eliminate the margin of human error and last minute problems.

Yes, TuriTop includes a gift voucher system that you can set up for any of your experiences. They are a very effective sales option because the recipient redeems them when they want, without the need to set a date at the time of purchase. You increase revenue without adding an operational burden, and the voucher is managed from the same panel as the rest of the bookings.
