These legal conditions are established by Turitop, S.L., hereinafter Turitop, in order to determine the criteria and conditions of use of the website: turitop.com. TuriTop is a technological company dedicated to the development and commercialisation of a suite of Software as a Service aimed at companies, it is not a service aimed at individuals.

By accessing this website, the user acquires the status of user. By accessing, using and enjoying this website, the user accepts the conditions set out in this section, in the version published at the time of accessing it. Turitop reserves the right to modify its legal conditions at any time, as well as to make any technical or visual improvements it deems appropriate.

In the event that the modifications infringe on the privacy of users, notice will be given in advance of the changes coming into effect.

Turitop only manages and is responsible for the website turitop.com. The links that it has placed on its website have been chosen in good faith, with due care, but under no circumstances is it responsible for the contents, offers and/or products and services that the user may find on the pages to which they redirect.

V. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER 

By accessing and using this website, the user implicitly accepts the following general conditions:

• Not to attempt to access, use and/or manipulate the data of TURITOP, or under its responsibility, or of third party suppliers and other users;
• In particular, and by way of example only and without limitation, the user undertakes not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties any information, data, content or messages that may constitute an infringement of the rights of TURITOP or third parties.
• Accessing without authorisation or interacting with a false identity, impersonating or not the identity of third parties or using a profile or performing any other action that may cause confusion or mislead as to the correct identification of the user in question.
• Use the Platform to send, use or re-use any material or material that contains information that is unlawful, offensive, pornographic, abusive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening in any way, or that violates any copyright, trademark or confidentiality, privacy or any other right, or is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain letters, mass mailings or any other form of "spam" and, in general, any unnecessary annoyance or inconvenience.

• The use made by Customers with respect to existing content and/or services.
• From existing links if any.
• The contents published by the Clients when they have an account in the TuriTop booking system.
• The cancellation of the service in order to comply with the requirement of the competent judicial or administrative authorities.

VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 

The rules of the Spanish legal system shall be applicable. TuriTop is a technological company dedicated to the development and commercialisation of a suite of Software as a Service aimed at companies. In the event of any dispute between the parties, both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
