  1. Data protection information on the processing carried out within the scope of the website.

    The personal data that you provide to Turitop through this website, or any of the means of contact that it makes available to you, may be processed for the purpose corresponding to the reason for which you provided them. Therefore, the data provided may be used for the following purposes, as applicable to your case:
    • Requests for information.
      • Description: to deal with queries and requests for information sent to us.
      • Legal basis: consent of the data subject, Art. 6.1.a RGPD.
      • Retention: the data will be used exclusively to answer the queries raised, and will subsequently be deleted. The deadline for deletion will be no later than 6 months after the last contact with the applicant.
      • Recipients: the data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
    • Demo Request.
      • Description: management, development and follow-up of product demonstration requests. 
      • Legal basis: application of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b. GDPR.
      • Retention: during the applicable time periods in civil, financial, commercial and tax matters.
      • Recipients: the data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
    • Management of budgets or economic valuations.
      • Description: development of the commercial management process, including initial contact and subsequent communications, preparation of the offer, as well as to carry out follow-up actions and commercial prospecting, by telephone, telematically or in person.
      • Legal basis: application of pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b. GDPR.
      • Retention: until the end of the legal periods in force, relating to the retention of tax and accounting data.
      • Recipients: the data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
    • Recruitment management
      • Definition: management of the procurement of our services, tools and solutions.
      • Legal basis: performance of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b. GDPR.
      • Retention: they will be kept for the time required for civil liabilities, compliance with public administration, financial and tax obligations.

      • Retention: in the case of pre-contractual enquiries, the data will be used exclusively to answer the enquiries made, after which they will be deleted. In the case of after-sales service, the data may be stored until the end of the obligations acquired between the parties. 
      • Recipients: the data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.
    • Analysis of visits to the website through cookies.
      • Purpose: management of browsing data and user preferences.
      • Legal basis: legitimate interest in relation to analytical and technical cookies, and consent of the data subject for the others, art. 6.1.a RGPD.
      • Conservation: the period of conservation of the data collected by the cookies will be the one indicated in the table that appears in the cookies policy. The period shall run from the end of each user's session on the website.
      • Recipients: in the case of third-party cookies, browsing data is managed by the owners of these cookies.

    If during your communications with Turitop you provide data of third parties, we inform you that:
    • By submitting data of third parties to us, you declare that you have their consent or that you have the legal capacity to provide us with their data. 
    • All persons about whom you submit data to us must be aware of the contents of this section. You declare that you have informed them and made them aware of its contents. 
    • Turitop shall not be held responsible in the event that the user who fills in the forms or applications does not comply with the above points.

    The different forms made available to you have identified those data that are mandatory, and therefore an essential requirement to be able to manage your query, request or registration. If you do not answer these sections, we will not be able to deal with your request correctly.

    Turitop uses services which, because of the location of the servers on which they store the information, or because of the location of their headquarters, the EU considers that by using them an international transfer of data to countries outside the European Union takes place. 

    It sounds complex, but in reality it is an action carried out on a daily basis by any company or person who uses social networks, or cloud applications, emails from the big technological companies, etc. In the context of this clarification, we inform you that Turitop performs the following international data transfers, when you use:

    Consent and revocation

    The user may revoke the consent given at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the data processing during the previous effective period of such authorisation. 

    Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition and portability. 

    The user or visitor may request the exercise of their rights of access, rectification or deletion, as well as in certain cases, if applicable, to limit the processing or portability of their data, as well as to oppose the processing thereof. All of the above is in accordance with the aforementioned data protection regulations.

    Requests by users to exercise their rights will be dealt with within a maximum period of one month. In the event of not being satisfied with the response given, the user may lodge a complaint with the aforementioned supervisory authority.
