* Pro and Enterprise Plans require a minimum commitment of 1 year and include phone support (Starter plan only includes email support).

Commissions are charged on online transactions only, (commissions are charged on the cost of bookings exclusive of any applicable taxes).

Online transactions include:

  • Bookings made through your own website
  • Bookings made using the Turitop Channel Manager
  • Bookings made through the Turitop Marketplace

Additional fees apply to companies which do not charge fees during the booking process as follows:

  • Starter: 0.10€ per person
  • Pro: 0.06€ per person
  • Enterprise: 0.03€ per person

Commissions will be charged for the use of the system on all transactions at the time of booking whether the booking is subject to cancellation or not.

Yes. TuriTop charges commissions on payments in line with our pricing plans as defined above. TuriTop integrates with major payment gateways to let you accept online payments in a safe, encrypted way. Each payment gateway also normally charges a fee to process payments for you.

Yes, sure. You can upgrade your plan anytime. Downgrades from the Pro and Enterprise plan are available once your initial commitment has been completed.

Our company is located in Canary Islands (Spain) where different VAT regulations apply to those in the rest of the European Union. Therefore, all our invoices have VAT 0%.

If your company is based in the Canary Islands, like TuriTop, your invoice will include 7% IGIC. Companies from the rest of the EU and abroad have 0% VAT and 0% IGIC.

Setup Fees are determined on a case by case basis depending on the level of complexity of the migration of your website to the Turitop platform.
