Capacity per exit
Each departure has its own actual capacity per boat. Adults, children, infants, residents, and groups all share the same quota. When the quota is reached, check-out closes on all channels at the same time.

Challenges Facing the Industry
Many venues, many channels, and fixed schedules that leave no room for error. Capacity management is a daily challenge.
Our own website, ticket office, hotels, travel agencies, GetYourGuide, Viator, Civitatis, and local resellers. Every channel wants bookings, and every minute it takes to synchronize them opens the door to overbooking. Without a system in place, the team has to check five different calendars before setting sail, and even then, there’s still one too many passengers on the dock.
How TuriTop Approaches It
Strong winds, orange alert, low tide with rocks in the cave route. You make the decision when you open the port window, but manually notifying 42 passengers on the 10:00 a.m. departure means half the morning is wasted on the phone. And seats for the next departure go unsold without clear management.
How TuriTop Approaches It
The team has 15 minutes before setting sail. Using a paper list, they go through the pages looking for names; two identical bookings turn up, and one family insists they paid but isn't listed. The line grows, the departure is delayed, and the Google review drops one star for "organization."

Key Features
Each departure has its own actual capacity per boat. Adults, children, infants, residents, and groups all share the same quota. When the quota is reached, check-out closes on all channels at the same time.
You set up the weekly schedule once: morning, noon, afternoon, and sunset, with their assigned boats. Duplicate the pattern per product and adjust it per season when it changes.
Website, ticket office, hotels, local agencies, and OTAs (GetYourGuide, Viator, Civitatis, and 55+ other channels). All seats are drawn from the same pool in real time.
Your team scans the voucher's QR code at the dock. The passenger's information, extras, payment details, and ticket type appear. Fast boarding, paperless, and an instant, accurate manifest.
Adult, junior, child, infant, resident, group. Extras such as snorkeling gear, meals, photos, and transportation. Prices and availability vary by category; capacity is shared for each departure.
Voucher with the exact port, dock, boarding time (arrive 20 minutes early), what to bring, cancellation policy, and weather forecast. Fewer calls to the ticket office.
Connect TuriTop to the leading OTAs and a network of hundreds of agencies from a single dashboard. Real-time synced availability, no overbookings, no manual double entries.
From the Balearic Islands to the Canary Islands
Operators from Balearic Islands (Palma, Ibiza, Formentera), Costa Brava, Cabo de Gata, Tenerife (Los Cristianos, Puerto Colón), La Graciosa and the Vigo estuary operate with TuriTop. Coastal tours, sea caves, snorkeling, sunset cruises, wildlife viewing, and tourist ferries managed from the same dashboard. No phantom seats, no paper lists, no discovering at the pier that capacity was exceeded by a booking from a local agency that failed to synchronize.
Payment processing
Connected to the payment gateways you already use. Money lands directly in your bank account — no TuriTop commission.
Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets. Bizum, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed through Redsys.
Frequently Asked Questions
Each boat has its actual capacity on record (for example, 50 seats). Each departure is set up using that boat and inherits its capacity. When the website, ticket office, hotels, and OTAs collectively reach 50 seats sold, TuriTop closes checkout across all channels at the same time. There is no overbooking, even if three bookings are made in the same second.
Yes. You set up the weekly pattern (for example: Monday through Sunday, departures at 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. on the Neptuno) and duplicate that pattern per product. You can make exceptions (off-season, holidays, private charters) without changing the base pattern.
Your team opens the app on their phone or tablet at the dock. Select the departure and scan the QR code on the passenger’s voucher. Their details will appear, including ticket type, purchased extras, payment status, and notes. Mark them as checked in with a tap. The boarding list updates in real time: you’ll know how many have boarded, how many are still to board, and how many are no-shows—all without using paper.
You cancel that trip's bookings from the panel and each passenger gets their email from your own domain. Affected bookings are converted into vouchers redeemable (validity is configurable), with a code that passengers can use to reschedule via email. The day’s revenue is not refunded; it is carried over to a future date with favorable terms.
Create a separate product per fare: 'Adult', 'Child', 'Infant', 'Canary Islands Resident', etc. Each with its own price. The customer picks the fare that applies when booking. Residents upload a copy of the certificate as a custom field if you request it; you verify it visually at boarding. All ticket types share the same capacity (a child takes a seat just like an adult).
TuriTop is a channel manager: it connects to more than 70 channels (international OTAs and local agencies), synchronizing availability in real time. You can sell on your website and through OTAs at the same time without ghost seats. You can activate each channel on a per-product basis, set the commission rate, and see which channel drives the most occupancy in the reports.
