How do I set the minimum and maximum number of participants per trip?
You set the minimum and maximum capacity for each departure. If you don't reach the minimum, you cancel the departure with one click from the panel and the email to the customer is sent automatically. Once the maximum is reached, the departure closes across all your channels at once.
Can I stop a guide clashing across two tours?
Yes. Each guide has their own user with dedicated permissions, and you can also create them as a resource shared across your tours: if they are already on another at the same time, that departure is not sold.
Do my customers know where and when the tour starts?
Yes. The confirmation email includes the meeting point with its exact location, the departure time and the contact details. If the customer chose a pickup, their point and time as well. That cuts down pre-tour questions and no-shows.
How does group check-in work on the day of the tour?
