Each quad or buggy is a unique resource. Each type (single-seater/two-seater/4-seater buggy) is a product with its own price and capacity. The system does not assign the same vehicle twice. You determine the fleet configuration when you schedule; the system adheres to it.
The product distinguishes between "Pilot Seat" (with license) and "Passenger Seat." A photo of the license is captured as a custom field during booking. The briefing visually confirms this.

You create two products: “Driver’s seat · two-seater quad · €65” and “Passenger seat · two-seater quad · €35.” The customer can only purchase the driver seat if they provide their license information (required custom fields: photo of the license, date of issue, expiration date). The in-person briefing visually confirms that the license is valid. TuriTop captures the data and applies the filter; your guide performs the legal verification. If a group of 4 arrives with 2 licenses, sell 2 driver seats + 2 passenger seats. Four licenses are not required.
Each vehicle is configured as a resource in the Resource Manager: 'Q-01 Two-Seater Quad,' 'Q-02 Two-Seater Quad,' 'Q-04 Single-Seater Quad,' 'BG-01 4-Seater Buggy.' The system prevents two bookings from booking the same vehicle during the same time slot. The products sold to the customer are linked to the vehicle type (“Two-Seater Quad · €95,” “4-Seater Buggy · €220”). The system recognizes that a two-seater quad is that specific vehicle. It cannot be assigned twice.
Yes. Each route is created as a separate product with its own duration, distance in km, price, and description. If the route requires a valid municipal permit, you can set the product to active or inactive depending on the permit’s status. When the permit expires, you deactivate the product—without losing the booking history. The confirmation email includes the exact route, the total distance in km, and the GPS coordinates of the meeting point. You’re still responsible for handling the municipal paperwork. TuriTop does not process permits.
Custom fields during booking capture critical information for each driver: age, weight, allergies, and emergency contact. The confirmation email is sent from your own domain and includes a video safety briefing (unlisted YouTube link), the list of what to bring, and the GPS coordinates of the meeting point. When the group arrives, their data is already in the system: the in-person briefing starts at 10:30 with no queues and the tour departs on time at 11:00.
TuriTop doesn't monitor the weather report (you make that decision yourself by checking your route and the sky), but it does automate the response.
