How Cheese Makers Experience It
Production doesn't stop, but neither does the tourism side of the business. And all of that goes hand in hand with the brick-and-mortar store and last-minute calls. These are the three most common challenges that TuriTop resolves.
Each channel is a different notebook. One eye on the phone, the other on the notebook, and no one knows the actual capacity until they arrive.
A group of 30 people from a school shows up on the very Saturday of a small tasting event. Without checking the overall schedule, we end up accepting things that don't fit.
An unpaid reserved spot is lost revenue if no one shows up and no one else was able to reserve that spot.
What TuriTop Does for Your Cheese Shop
Each block corresponds to a standard TuriTop feature. No custom development, no extra modules. You just activate it from the dashboard, and you're all set.
Each type of experience is a product: its schedule, price, duration, and capacity. The visitor selects a date and time, and the widget confirms the booking in real time.
You set the maximum per slot. When it fills up, it stops showing in the widget. No double bookings, no classic "four more of us are coming" phone call.
You collect payment for the booking right at checkout using Stripe, Redsys, PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No-shows won't hurt as much because you've already received payment.
When Saturday rolls around, the team opens TuriTop and reviews the day's visits: times, number of people, type of experience, and customer notes. One place for everything.
The guide scans the customer's QR code upon arrival. They mark attendance, verify the name, and know how many people are missing without having to check their email.
Hours, price, whether you accept children, how long it lasts, where to park. All of this information is in the booking widget and in the email confirmation. The phone number is just for selling cheese.
Synchronize your availability with +70 OTAs, local food tours, and destination agencies. Any change to your capacity in your dashboard is reflected everywhere instantly.
