Each experience has its actual capacity recorded based on the motorcycles available at the dock. When the last spot in the 10:00 time slot is sold, TuriTop closes checkout for that time slot across all channels at the same time. There is no overbooking, even if three bookings are made in the same second.
Yes. You set up each type as a separate product: self-guided motorcycle rental (rate of €/30 min or €/hour, 1–2 people per motorcycle), guided safari (closed group with an instructor, 2-hour tour), sunset ride (fixed time, price per motorcycle), short tour (per person with an instructor). The products share the same inventory of motorcycles, but each has its own rules regarding price, duration, and capacity.
There is no separate turnaround field: you put it inside the duration. If the ride is 2 hours and you need 20 minutes for inspection, cleaning and refuelling, you declare 2 h 20. The jetski is a resource, so it stays taken until 1:50 PM and no machine is booked twice without its operating margin.
You cancel that departure's bookings from the panel and each customer gets their email from your own domain. Affected bookings are converted into vouchers redeemable (validity is configurable), with a code the customer uses to reschedule via email. The day’s revenue is not refunded; it is carried over to a future date with a credit balance.
Yes. Each product is configured with its own policy: full payment online, a deposit (30–50% upon booking and the remainder at the dock), or 100% payment at the dock on the day. You can offer short-term rentals with a deposit and premium experiences with full payment. This reduces the number of reserved spots that generate no actual revenue during peak periods.
You set the experience requirements. The checkout page displays these requirements before booking and collects the necessary information on the form (ID/passport, date of birth to verify minimum age, weight, and whether or not the participant has a PNB license). The instructor reviews each participant’s complete profile via the mobile app at the dock before the trip begins.
