With the courtesy account bookings are closed through the operator. If you want to charge directly (Stripe, Redsys, PayPal) with your own POS, you need a Reseller / Agency plan.
Do you have an API and webhooks to integrate with my PMS?
Yes, but the advanced integrations (REST API + webhooks) are only included in the paid Reseller / Agency plans, not in the courtesy account.
How is the hotel's commission calculated?
It's set by each supplier on their product. When you request resale you see the proposed commission and can accept, decline or negotiate it. TuriTop does not take any additional intermediation cut on that commission.
