The 10:00 a.m. train either leaves with 45 passengers or it doesn't leave at all. If the system doesn't close the last seat exactly on time, three sales channels sell the same seat, and someone is left standing on the platform watching the train go by.

Challenges Facing the Industry
Many vehicles, many routes, many pickup points, and fixed schedules that leave no room for overbooking. Managing the fleet is a daily challenge.
A 45-seat tourist train, a 4-passenger tuk-tuk, a 60-seat panoramic bus. Each vehicle operates at its actual capacity. With no centralized system, ticket offices, websites, hotels, and OTAs sell tickets independently, and by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, there are too many bookings on the platform. The line grows longer, tourists are left stranded, and the review drops by one star.
How TuriTop Approaches It
Short tour from the Plaza Mayor. Long tour from the port. Sunset tour from the lookout point. The hotel pickup runs on its own schedule. Tourists need the exact location with a map, GPS coordinates, and arrival time. Without an automatic voucher, your team spends half the morning responding to WhatsApp messages with the same information.
How TuriTop Approaches It
The sightseeing bus leaves at 10:00. At 9:55, there’s a line of 40 people, a paper list with handwritten last-minute changes, and a passenger insisting that he paid but isn’t listed. The driver checks the time; traffic is building up in the square, and the bus departs 8 minutes late.

Key Features
Each train, tuk-tuk, bus, or shuttle has its own actual capacity. Each departure inherits the capacity of the assigned vehicle. When booking closes, it closes across all channels at the same time.
You set up the weekly schedule (Historic Center 10:00, 12:00, 15:00, 17:00), and TuriTop automatically replicates the schedule with the vehicle assigned to each time slot.
Set up each route with its meeting point (map + GPS coordinates) and its pickup points with their times. The tourist voucher includes all of this information.
Your team scans the voucher's QR code at the meeting point. The tourist's information, any hired extras, ticket type, and payment details appear. The departure list updates as you go and exports to CSV or Excel and who is still to come.
Adult, child, resident, group, child seat, extras. Prices and availability vary by category; seating capacity is shared within the vehicle.
Website, box office, hotels, travel agencies, and OTAs (GetYourGuide, Viator, Civitatis and many more). All available seats from the same allocation, in real time.
Connect TuriTop to the leading OTAs and a network of hundreds of agencies from a single dashboard. Real-time synced availability, no overbookings, no manual double entries.
From Barcelona to Seville
Operators from Barcelona, Seville, Madrid, Palma, Málaga, Granada, Bilbao and the major tourist cities use TuriTop. Urban tourist trains, tuk-tuks, hop-on-hop-off sightseeing buses, airport transfers, shuttles, and private services managed from the same dashboard. No phantom seats, no paper lists, and no surprises on the platform when you discover that the capacity limit was exceeded by an OTA booking that didn't sync in time.
Payment processing
Connected to the payment gateways you already use. Money lands directly in your bank account — no TuriTop commission.
Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets. Bizum, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed through Redsys.
Frequently Asked Questions
Each vehicle has its actual capacity on file (45-seat train, 4-seat tuk-tuk, 60-seat bus). Each departure is configured with that assigned vehicle and inherits its capacity. When the website, ticket office, hotels, and OTAs fill the last seat, TuriTop closes checkout across all channels simultaneously. No overbooking, even if three bookings come in at the exact same second.
Yes. Each tour (Historic Center, Viewpoints, Sunset, Old Town) is set up as a separate offering with its own schedule, assigned vehicle, duration, price, and meeting point. The weekly schedule is automatically replicated each day.
Each route has an associated meeting point with a map, GPS coordinates, and arrival time. If you pick up at several hotels or city points, each one is set up as a pickup option at checkout, with its time and its price if it has one. The tourist voucher includes all the information: map, time, and what to bring.
Your team opens the app on a phone or tablet at the pickup point. Select the vehicle or tour and scan the QR code on the tourist’s voucher. The tourist’s information, ticket type, extras (child seat), payment status, and notes will appear. The boarding list is updated in real time, so you know how many have boarded and how many are still waiting—all without using paper.
Yes. You set up two separate products: the regular tour with per-seat tickets (shared, per-person rate) and the private service (exclusive use of the entire vehicle, flat rate). Both share the vehicle’s availability—when someone books the private service, the regular tour is closed for that time slot.
TuriTop is a channel manager: it connects to more than 70 channels (international OTAs and local agencies), synchronizing availability in real time. You can sell on your website and through OTAs at the same time without ghost rooms. You can activate each channel on a per-product basis, set the commission rate, and see which channel drives the most occupancy in the reports.
