Comedy clubs, magic venues, dinner shows, intimate theaters, drag, and cabaret. Back-to-back shows that never overlap, VIP seating vs. general admission, meet-and-greets as a premium offering, and refunds if the artist cancels.
The curtain rises. If the theater still smells like cleaning supplies, you've already lost the first review.
Challenges Facing the Industry
Booking the artist is half the battle. Filling the premium seats by leveraging the second-show strategy and the meet-and-greet is the other half.
Your venue has 8 VIP tables in the front, 12 regular tables in the back, and an open bar upstairs. If you sell “general admission” tickets for all three areas, the first person arrives at 7:00 p.m. and sits in the front. The last person arrives at 8:55 p.m. with a paid seat and sits in the back. The premium rate loses its purpose.
How TuriTop Can Help You
The first showing ends at 10:45 p.m. The theater needs 30 minutes to clean up, reset the sound system, and open the doors for the second showing. If you sell a ticket for the second showing without accounting for that buffer, the customer will arrive at 11:00 p.m. and the staff will make them wait 30 minutes outside. And the review is already written.
How TuriTop Can Help You
The customer purchases the package: dinner at 7:30 p.m. + show at 10:00 p.m. If your system charges for the two separately, the customer pays for the first one and skips the second. If you handle them as a single booking, the kitchen staff won’t know which menu to prepare for each table.
How TuriTop Can Help You
Some customers will pay four times the ticket price for a photo with the comedian, an autograph from the magician, or a drink with the cabaret performers in the green room. If that extra isn’t listed as a product on your website. It won’t sell. And if you don’t keep track of how many you’ve accepted, the meet-and-greet will turn into a line of 50 people at 11:00 p.m.
How TuriTop Can Help You
The comedian canceled Wednesday night's show due to illness. 120 tickets were sold. If you process refunds one by one, that's three days of your administrative time lost. If you automate it poorly, you'll create resentment. Your policy defines you more than the show's content.

What TuriTop Does for Your Room
VIP table, regular table, high bar, balcony. Each area is treated as a separate product with its own capacity and price. The customer sees the difference at checkout and understands what they’re paying for.
The venue is a single resource, and it stays taken for the whole duration you set. Declare the 9:00 p.m. show as 2 h 15 (1 h 45 of show plus 30 of cleaning) and the 11:30 p.m. one cannot overlap it.
Young audiences pay with Bizum and Apple Pay. Premium comedy audiences pay with Stripe. Corporate groups use payment links. All payment gateways in one.
Confirmation, reminder, welcome policy, and door-opening time. Everything is handled through “tickets@tudominio.com.” The customer never sees TuriTop anywhere.
Show cancelled. You convert the bookings into redeemable vouchers (validity is configurable). An automatic email goes out with the code. The customer picks a new show straight from that email via customer-managed changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Each zone is created as a separate product with its own capacity and price. “VIP Table · 8 seats · €35” and “General Admission · 60 seats · €18” coexist within the same event. The customer sees both options at checkout and understands how much more they would pay. If a section fills up, it is automatically closed; tickets for the remaining sections continue to be sold. And if you want the customer to pick their exact seat, there is the seating map: you set it up per service and time slot, matched to your room's layout, and the customer chooses their seat when booking.
There is no separate ‘cleaning time’ field: the cleaning goes inside the duration. You create each show as its own event and declare the venue as a shared resource. If the show runs 1 h 45 and you need 45 minutes to reset it, you set the duration to 2 h 30: the 9:00 PM one keeps the venue taken until 11:30 PM and nothing can be sold on top of it.
Yes. Create a "Dinner Show · Cabaret" combo package that includes the 7:30 p.m. dinner + the 10:00 p.m. show, along with its price. Extras (vegetarian menu, gluten-free options, welcome drink) are offered as add-ons at checkout. If you want to separate the dinner and show bookings, list them as two products with a custom field labeled “combined booking” so the dining room staff can seat them together.
You can convert affected bookings into gift certificates redeemable (validity is configurable) with just a couple of clicks. An automated email is sent from your own domain to each customer with the decision and the gift certificate code. Afterward, each customer selects a new booking directly from their email using the customer-managed change feature. If someone prefers a refund instead of a voucher, you can process it manually through the payment gateway. However, the vast majority opt for vouchers, and the payment is not refunded.
The Channel Manager syncs availability in real time between your website and +70 OTAs and platforms (GetYourGuide, Viator, Civitatis, Tiqets, Musement, Headout, Hellotickets, local platforms). When a VIP seat sells on any channel, that seat is automatically blocked everywhere else. Manual bookings (box office, agencies, press) go into the same inventory. If your capacity is 60, selling 65 tickets can no longer happen.
